Storm Freya Weather Warning - Heavy Rain And Gale Force Winds Set For The UK

Things are getting worse

Things are looking bleaker, people.

This Sunday is set to wave a sad hello to Storm Freya which is to move in from the west accompanied by heavy winds, strong gales and rain from the Atlantic.

Experts say that the wet weather will get a head start on us as early as tonight, with the early evening looking dry and clear at first.

So if you have any plans to go for a Spring-time stroll this weekend, best make it sooner rather than later! Cos we've been well and truly had by the unusually warm weather of late...

Expect a cloudy atmosphere with lots of hill fog tomorrow.

The good news?

Temperatures are set to be mild with lows of 7 degrees so don't dig that bear-style winter coat back out just yet.
