The nation is on a high because guess what?!

It's coming home.

After England made it to the World Cup Semi-Finals for the first time in 1966, the country has been 'mad for it' and let's face it, right now nothing else matters.

So much so, a petition has been produced for a bank holiday to be announced for the day after the World Cup Final if England win - so that fans have a day to recover after potential celebrations.

The petition states that the government responds to all petitions that get more than 10,000 signatures, and we're not far off at all.

The petition was literally created by some bloke called Liam Betson (good lad) and has stated 'We need this for all those supporting England as the next day will not be pleasant for all fans'.
