The much-awaited Albert’s Didsbury is set to OFFICIALLY re-open on 15 March 2019 and we couldn’t be more psyched.
The venue is celebrating 10 years in South Manchester with a brand-new look and extended bar area – plus new party tables and a much-extended cocktail and craft beer menu.
The restaurant has been closed since the beginning of January for the “ultimate transformation” which will be revealed just in time for Mother’s Day.
Expect a whole new interior with gorgeous colourways of dark green, blue, gold and brown with lush velvet used in the seating area.
Living plants and new lighting inspired by the elegance of birds singing and celebrating life is set to give the gaff a certain je ne sais quois and we can’t wait for the grand tour.
The expansion of the bar area will create a new apres-work watering hole for locals and the Albert’s team promise a fabulous new bar experience with a big revamped range of local craft beers, cocktails, fizz and wines. It is going to be home to the full Didsbury Gin range which will be on show in a gorgeous botanical themed back bar serving bespoke Gin and Tonics, all created with the collection.
And for the first time Albert’s will be serving a traditional afternoon tea, all created in the Albert’s style! We won’t give too much away just yet but those with a sweet tooth are in for a real treat.
James Ramsbottom from Albert’s says:
“We cannot wait to reveal our new look, and to say a big thank you for their patience over the past couple of months while we’ve been busy with the refurb.
“The new design is stunning, and we are sure everyone will love the new look. We’ve all worked hard to ensure we are open and ready for business on Mother’s Day which is a very popular day with our customers. This year will offer an extra special experience with a brand-new restaurant and bar to enjoy plus lots of new cocktails.”
