The Village Screen is well-known in and around Manchester for innovative and unusual screening locations, from old swimming baths to enchanting Cathedrals.

This summer, one of the UK's most famous caves will be transformed into a pop-up cinema for a few nights only - and the line-up of films should get you very excited.

Peak Cavern in Castleton is the latest in a series of eerily wonderful film screening announcements by the company, starting with The Lost Boys on May 31.

Which films do we have to look forward to?

The Lost Boys - May 31

The 1987 horror comedy about two brothers who fight a gang of vampires.

Bohemian Rhapsody - June 1

The latest biography of Queen lead singer, Freddie Mercury, with a rocking soundtrack and an abundance of flare.

Jurassic Park - June 2

The 1993 classic about a group of scientists who bring dinosaurs back to life.

The Descent - June 7

British horror film about six woman who enter a cave and discover the creatures living inside.

Batman Returns - June 8

The 1992 sequel to Tim Burton's Batman, starring Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman and Michael Keaton in the eponymous role.
