New Plans In Place To Clamp Down On Drivers Using Mobile Phones

Strict new laws coming in...

Phonedrive

The government have announced that under new rules expected to come in next year, drivers using mobile phones will be handed six penalty points and a £200 fine.

According to Road Safety GB, new drivers will come under particular scrutiny. Those caught within two years of being on the road will face having their licences revoked and resitting their test.

What do you think about the stricter new rules? Do you know someone who is idiotic enough to read messages or check social media while behind the wheel? Let us know your feelings in the comments.
