Lovin Tips For The Night

Expect to queue

Warehouse Project queues can get pretty long so expect a few bobbies around to help the ticket staff make sure everything runs a-ok and safely.

Drinking boozy bevvies aint allowed on the Manchester streets so don’t bring any because they’ll be confiscated quicker than you can hide ’em (they’re pretty on the ball with that kind of thing and there are safety searches on the door.) But, the lines move pretty quickly once the club opens and you can always make some new dancing buds in the queue!

Don’t bring a man bag

There’s not a dress code per se at the venue – though Warehouse Project officials do state casual not scruffy. Only one big rule of play here: no man bags (not that we think you would – social suicide innit.)

Bring Recognised ID

We don’t like to preach to the choir, but Warehouse Project peeps have a strictly over-18s policy and this is rigorously observed at the entrance (not to mention ALL of the bars.) Avoid the disappointment and make sure you bring a recognised form of ID with you (just a standard passport or driver’s license will do the trick.)

Note the ‘LAST ENTRY’ curfew

You’ll find the time printed on your ticket so double check it and make sure you get there before – arrive after and you’ll get palmed off at the door (same if you leave and try to get back in so careful with this.)

There’s a smoking area out front at Store Street, so if you pop out for a ciggy make sure you head into the pen or your night will be cut annoyingly short.

It’s also worth noting that while Old Granada Studios doesn’t have a last entry time – they still hold the no re-entry policy.

Pace yourself

There’s free drinking water available throughout at the main bars and every venue has a medical team for emergencies. It’s a long night out though, so go easy and make sure you and your mates look out for eachother.

Secure a pillow early!

There are thousands of hotel rooms in Manchester but the WHP has stepped in to get your back on this. They’ve teamed up with website Festicket.com to locate hotels near to your specific event, and accommodation can all be booked here now!
