San Francisco Newspaper Lists Manchester Among Top Places To Visit In 2017

We know how amazing we are as a city but we hadn't realised our appeal had stretched to the far reaches of California. 

The San Francisco Chronicle, one of the major dailies in the most populated state in America has named our little ol' town as one of the top places to visit in 2017. 

In the feature, Manchester is listed alongside the likes of South Korea, Hawaii and Mozambique. In the piece, it's referred to as San Francisco's 'soulmate' citing it as a 'northern hub of activity - culinary, digital and artistic', while the Pilcrow Pub on Redfern Street gets an honourable mention.
