The 47-storey structure is set to be joined by a 40-storey twin tower containing more than 350 fancy new apartments.
The plans are part of Ask Real Estate’s £300m plan to renovate Manchester’s skyline with new buildings coming in just off Albion Street and Owen Street, with the latter set to trump Beetham as Manchester’s tallest building at a whopping 66 storeys high.
