A car ran into a tree after a three-vehicle collision in Greater Manchester.
Greater Manchester Police were called to the scene on Woodhouse Lane, Wythenshawe, at 8:20am Monday morning, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Officers on the scene reportedly said there was a collision between three cars – one of which smashed into a tree.
Roads in the area were closed as officials dealt with the scene, the paper reports. Paramedics were called to the scene, but no-one was gravely injured.
Earlier this morning, GMP Wythenshawe tweeted warning of the icy conditions.
They said: “Slow right down please. Give extra space to the vehicle infront. Don’t think you can pull out and get away on slippery roads.
“Stability control vs Laws of Physics. I know which wins each time.
“Just had two Road Traffic Collisions, R.T.C. in quick succession due to road conditions.”
