This Incredible Aprés Ski Bar Opens In Spinningfields Tonight
No skiing required...
Following on from last year’s success, Bar Hütte returns to Manchester on 10th November, and this time it's set to be even bigger and better than ever.
Open daily from 11am-11pm Monday through to Sunday, Bar Hütte will be surrounded by the iconic Spinningfields Christmas Markets, creating one of the city centre’s most unique festive experiences (the planned layout is pictured below.)
Plus, the snug-as-a-bug ski chalet hüttes will be furnished with a warm, festive décor and come complete with hot water bottles, heated lamps and Christmas lights.
As if that doesn't sound good enough, The Kitchens winner and Spinningfields newest nom-tastic BEASTro will be cooking up festive specialities on the outdoor grill.
Disco hüttes will be there looking for more of a party vibe, full of disco lights and Christmas party tunes.
Bar Hütte will host a large indoor Aprés Ski bar, three types of hüttes including the hugely popular 'carol-oke' pod (cheesy but we love it) where you'll be able to sing your heart out to festive favourites - if you're bold enough.
Last but not least, for a more traditional Christmas experience, the Alpine hüttes are perfect for escaping the frenzy of Christmas shopping and relaxing in the warmth with a hot Bombardino (winter cocktail made with advocaat or eggnog and 1/2 brandy - very popular in Italy and a proper cockle-warmer.)
To add to the experience, if you plan ahead and reserve a hütte you'll receive table service from Bar Hütte’s fully licenced drinks bar.
Luxury packages are available for large groups wanting to enjoy the party season in style, including Champagne, Christmas canapes and premium goodies.
But panic not if you haven’t got a reservation, guests will be able to enjoy a drink in the Aprés Ski bar, with live music on the covered outdoor stage every weekend - but bring your woolies because it'll get chilly regardless. It's Manchester folks, not the bahamas.
Note: The hüttes will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day (staff need a rest and a Bombardino too.)
