Autumn Set To Be Hottest Since The 1940s
Arriba! Temperatures are set to be warmer than Mexico
Now, we're as weather-skeptic as they come, particularly where Greater Manchester is concerned - but don't shelf the sun cream for 2016 just yet. Things are about to get hot hot hot in Manchester!
Temperatures are set to soar to 26°C tomorrow - with other parts of the UK reaching a staggering 30°C (for chilly England anyway) making it the hottest day in autumn since the 1940s.
With bouts of humidity and sunny spells, make sure you keep the agua flowing and yourself hydrated.
What's The Catch?
We're set to experience a few rainy spells on Thursday and Friday and over the weekend - with a risk of thunder (what's new?)
But never fear - it's looking like this freak weather is the beginning of a three-month Indian summer. Yeah, you read that right, three months - and we've got the sweeping Mediterranean air to thank for it.
Beer and sun-lounger, anyone?
