Ariana Grande Has Reacted As She's Named An Honorary Manc

So deserving

Pop sensation Ariana Grande says she is "moved and honoured" at Manchester officials' decision to make her an honorary citizen of this city. In an Instagram post earlier today, she reacted to the decision, posting a small bee icon to mark her allegiance to Manchester.

"I don't know what to say. Words don't suffice. I'm moved and honored. My heart is very much still there. I love you. Thank you. 🐝"

The decision was made on reflection of the singer's reaction following the terror attack on Manchester Arena in May, a bombing which claimed 22 lives.

Ariana Grande moved quickly to organise an incredible fundraising concert One Love, gathering famous faces among whom included Miley Cyrus, Chris Martin, Liam Gallagher and Robbie Williams on stage with her to raise funds for the We Love Manchester emergency fund which was set up to aid the victims and sufferers of the attack.

Well done Ari, we love you too.

Hope she's a fan of Greggs!
