This New Netflix Show Teaches Us How To Declutter And Tidy Up Our Homes

Anybody else need this in their life?

'Tidying Up With Marie Kondo' is the new Netflix show that everyone's talking about - and it is inspiring people to declutter their homes and live a more joyful life.

It is January and the amount of unnecessary presents and additional Christmas excess has left homes across the country looking like a bombsite.

We’re all in need of a serious declutter, and most of us don’t even know where to start.

A Netflix show has dropped just at the right moment for us all - because it is entirely dedicated to helping viewers to…. Sort their sh*t out.

It’s called “Tidying Up With Marie Kondo”, and it's exactly what it says on the tin.

A lady called Marie Kondo, firstly telling people they need to tidy up. Then showing them exactly what they need to do.

As somebody who shares a flat with a certified hoarder, this show resonates with me completely. We have 40 empty beer cans and bottles in one cupboard, purely because they intend to “make candles or plants out of them one day”.

Not one beer can candle or plant. In 2 years.

So during your next Netflix binge, treat the hoarder in your life to a dose of Tidying Up With Marie Kondo.

Or if you’re reading this with guilty unease, think of it as a catalyst for positive change.

Keep calm and tidy up, friends.
