The arrival of Airbnb has changed the way many of us travel and made staying in more luxurious spots a lot more affordable. 

We thought we'd find some of the most insane listings from around Europe, at first glance they may seem a bit expensive but they actually work out surprisingly well when you bring a large group of friends.

All you have to do now is pick one and get the party started!

1. Villa Paradiso Capri - Italy 

The stunning island of Capri is home to this gorgeous villa that comes with a gorgeous view and its own pool. 

It costs over €4,000 a night but split that cost between 10 people and you're laughing.

2. Chatet, Rhône-Alpes, France

Whether you want to come here for skiing in the winter, or as a summer break this is a great spot. Comes in at a reasonable €1,000 a night which when split 8 ways doesn't seem too bad.

3. Villa MareStella, Positano, Campania, Italy

This gorgeous villa perched on the hill overlooking the sea and has possibly the nicest terrace in the world. It sleeps an incredible 16 people, and comes in at about €1,000 a night so seriously good value.

4. Luxury Duplex, Dubrovnik, Croatia

A huge spot that comes in at a whopping €2,000 per night but for that you'll be able to sleep at least 10 people AND have your own pool

5. Le Bijou, Zurich, Switzerland 

This is by far the most expensive one on the list coming in at close to €5,000 per night

The bad news is that it only sleeps 2 people as well but the good news is you'll get insane service, a private butler and one of the best getaways in the world.

6. Montecarlo Dreams, Beausoleil, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France

An absolutely stunning villa which would be the perfect place to go and recharge the batteries. Comes with a gym, pool and stunning views. Although it costs over €1,000 a night it does sleep up to 10

7. Converted Period Barn, Chichester, United Kingdom

This spacious converted barn is set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. It's only 5mins from all Goodwood racing events. 

This is the perfect place to bring up to 12 people to chill out with, although you'll be splitting the whopping €3,000 a night cost between you all. Eek.

8. Luxury City Home, Amsterdam, NH, Netherlands

This looks like one hell of a pad, but it would want to be at €8,500 per night. As if the price tag wasn't scary enough you have to stay for a minimum of 5 nights, and need to be approved by the owners before the booking is confirmed. It does look slick though in fairness...

9. Atlântico Norte, Almancil, Faro, Portugal

The villa that has it all from a pool through to two bars, a sauna, jacuzzi and ample sleeping room for up to 10 guests. 

Sits right on the golf course as well but you will need to find the €5,000 a night it costs to rent the place.

10. Villa With Breathtaking View, Mykonos, Cyclades, Greece

A stunning place to come with 10 of your friends and escape the world on a lovely Greek island. You'll be able to lounge around the pool, have your own bar and eat on a terrace that looks like something from an oil painting all for €1,000 a night
