CONFIRMED: Januzaj Joins Sunderland On Season-Long Loan Deal

Reunited with Moyes...

Manchester United have confirmed that winger Adnan Januzaj has joined Sunderland on a season-long loan deal.

The Belgian had expressed his frustration at not being involved in José Mourniho's first team plans this season and was said to be angling for a permanent move away from Old Trafford.

The 21-year-old can take some solace in the fact that Mourinho has only allowed him to leave on a short-term basis meaning he may have a future at United after all.

Awaiting Januzaj at the Stadium of Light are Paddy McNair and Donald Love, who joined Sunderland from United on permanent deals yesterday, as well as former United manager David Moyes who gave him his breakthrough at Old Trafford back in 2014.
