It's always been a venue that's taken things to new heights whenever and wherever it can, but sky-high bar Cloud 23 have introduced a new cocktail that's absolutely blowing our socks off.

The £45 sharing cocktail comes served in a giant copper swan-come-punch-bowl and it is a real sight for sore eyes...

And it's all to celebrate the launch of the International vodka brand Absolut and its Elyx Copper Cabin - a premium vodka which now features in much of the bar's offering.

The copper crafted luxury spirit has a light, fresh nuttiness and mellow spice, and will be infused into the exclusive cocktails, and served with a Swedish style menu.

Cloud 23 are also introducing a completely unique way of tasting Absolut - called the Elyx Experience. Explore your senses as you smell and touch items related to Absolut Elyx, whilst blindfolded and wearing sound cancelling headphones. You will then taste an Absolut Elyx cocktail, focusing solely on its unique flavour.

In a nod to Hilton’s now-famous afternoon tea, the collaboration will include an exclusive Copper Tea. The Swedish themed tea will be presented on an eye-catching copper stand, and include your chosen Absolut Elyx signature cocktail.

Every drop of the Swedish blend Elyx vodka is made from winter wheat grown in southern Sweden, and is served in a vintage copper vessel.

The whole theme screams Sweden, from the new Autumn menu featuring Smorgasbord sharers with mini smoked salmon blinis, herring, dips and bitsesize pastrami covered artisan breadsticks; rooted in 14th Century Sweden, they are served on celebratory occasions, to share with family and friends alongside sweet treats such as fresh fruit and pastries.

The menu is pricey - the swan alone will set you back £45 - but for a special occasion or a girls' night out it couldn't be more worth it.
