Whip Up This Delicious Flu-Destroying Superfood Soup

Ingredients
  • Potatoes
  • Kale
  • Onions
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Chicken stock (or veggie stock)
  • Thyme

The weather is getting seriously cold, and we're spending most nights out partying for the Christmas season – and that combination means the flu is never far away.

I wanted to come up with a recipe that would help fight off any illness and pack the body full of goodness. This soup is incredibly easy to make and a large pot of it will keep you going for a few days – and most importantly, it tastes delicious.

Instructions

Step 1

The ginger, garlic and kale will do wonders for the body. If you can't find kale then spinach or even cabbage would do similar job.
