- 1 Packet Of Blackberries
- 1 Mango
- 1 Tub Of Yoghurt
Getting your entire fruit fix for a day before 9 o’clock seems like a good idea to me so here we have another smoothie that will deliver your daily dose in one glass. This one is on the expensive end of the scale so it is probably a weekend treat unless you are absolutely fucking loaded and can afford the ingredients every day of the week. The ingredients will cost a good but but just think of all the good you are doing to your body. Spend a little extra on that Innocent Apple juice as well as it is delicious compared to the other stuff
Lash all the berries in to the jug. Not to fucking hard that part!
Cut a couple of ends off the mango so as it sits evenly on the chopping board
Run your knife around the outside of the skin. Try not to destroy the flesh and only take a small bit of the skin off
There is a big awkward fucker of a stone in the middle. Get all the flesh off the fruit. There is no exact science to this part.
Lash the mango in to the jug as well.
Pour in a good bit of the juice and all of the yoghurt. You can always make it thinner later by adding more juice or thicken it up with more yoghurt.
Blend the shit out of it for a good 2 minutes until it is super smooth.
Serve it up immediately in a nice big glass. You'll have enough for a couple of you but if you are being super healthy have the whole shagging thing yourself.
So there you have it. Hardly any work and all lashed together in less than fives minutes. Stuff that is this good for you is never meant to taste this fucking good! Drink one of these a day and you’ll never have to worry about actually eating fruit ever again. I’d also seriously suggest one if you are under the weather or have a hangover kicking in. Awesome.
