Naturally fast food chain LEON restaurant has only just opened its doors at the Trafford Centre, but already they are planning to open a second restaurant in the heart of Manchester, next to Piccadilly Station.

The chain’s new Spring menu, including a seasonal Lamb and Rhubarb Khoresh, Hey Pesto Chicken Salad, The Mack Wrap and Sunshine Salad Pot have been going down a storm with hungry Mancunians, who've been lapping up the convenient and healthy fast food alternative.

Insisting that they'll be bringing their sourcing policy to all Manchester restaurants, all the eggs served are free-range, and the milk organic. Coffee is fair trade, supporting farmers, and the beans are organic and world land trust certified, helping to save over 185 acres of rainforest.

LEON Co-Founder John Vincent said:

“We’ve been absolutely blown away by the response from people in Manchester. At LEON we have always believed in serving food that tastes good and does you good, and we’re excited to finally bring it to Manchester!"

Their usual 15% discount to NHS workers and students will apply. You can sign up to the LEON club online here for more details.
