Let’s face it, if you’re an Instagrammer, you’re unlikely to get past the 9am mark without being bombarded by posts with the hashtag #breakfast goals or something similar – posted by someone named Carly or Delicious Delia clasping their wholesome porridge ‘zoats’ (veg porridge, essentially) and fresh berry medley.
Hale’s The Garden is the embodiment of the health and wellness drive which seems to have gripped society in recent years. It’s located on the corner of Ashley Road in Altrincham and is irrefutably charming, proving itself very popular among Mancunians and visitors alike…

So popular, in fact, that this month sees the team bolstering their space by shifting juice production to another unit in Altrincham. For customers, this means more juice, new recipes and deliveries to the local area in the coming months.
The Garden’s approach through use of local, quality ingredients is a huge part of their success and as well as the new production unit, April sees the team work in collaboration with Barrecore in Alderley Edge where customers can now pop in and pick up a Garden Press juice as well as other items from The Garden range.
Kate Donovan, co-founder, has said:
“We’re proud of our range of healthy juices at The Garden and are thrilled that our customers love them so much.”
“Good nutrition using earth-friendly ingredients is at the heart of what we do – looking after yourself is rule number one for a great life – so we’re excited for this next chapter as we continue to see The Garden grow.”
The Garden will be available at Barrecore from Wednesday 3rd May and if you’d like to attend the launch and learn more about what they do email firstname.lastname@example.org.
