Calling all Manchester foodies! Do you love nothing more than trying out the latest restaurants? Are you always looking for the next dining experience?
Feel like you have a worthy food opinion and appreciate a bloomin’ good deal?
Good news then. You may be eligible for a fantastic new job role.
As part of its relaunch, TableNow.co.uk is recruiting to fill the ultimate job role: the UK’s first Professional Eater, who will be tasked with trialling restaurants from across the region to review on the site, as well as giving top tips on dining out.
The new foodie recruit will work with TableNow.co.uk for six months, in order to advise the website’s users on the best places to eat and drink.
So who can apply for this dream?
The role is open to anyone over the age of 18 from the North West, and the best bit is you aren’t required to have any special experience, you just gotta LOVE food.
Interested candidates simply need to apply via the new website, at https://blog.tablenow.co.uk/professional-eater and explain why they are the right person for the job.
Talking about the new job role, TableNow.co.uk’s founder, Tom Sumner, said: “This job is a completely unique opportunity for someone from the North West to feed their love of food, while also providing our users with genuine, honest recommendations.
“The lucky chosen candidate will get the opportunity to eat at some of the region’s best restaurants, free of charge, allowing them to tell our users what the food and atmosphere is like.
Whether it’s a romantic date or a lunch with a business colleague, we have something to suit every occasion – but it will be up to our Professional Eater to highlight what makes each experience special from the amazing restaurants we already have signed up.
“We’re not looking for a restaurant critic; we are after a real person who loves food and sees visiting a bar or restaurant as a treat. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it!”
Hopeful candidates have until 8th May to apply for the role online at https://blog.tablenow.co.uk/professional-eater. Successful applicants who get through to the next round of interviews will be informed by 10th May.
