Havana heat may seem a long way away from blowy Manchester, but later this month some Cuban spice will be making its way to a city centre bar.

Brewdog Manchester has announced a takeover for one night only by the FINCA street food truck.

Based in Liverpool, FINCA's gained a reputation through pop-ups and the foodies' favourite Secret Diners Club in  the city

From delicious croquetas - served gooey and cheesy with a creamy, garlicky, aioli - to Cubanos, a traditional sandwich filled with mojo marinated pork shoulder, horseshoe gammon, pickles, mustard, and Gouda cheese, the menu is packed for taste sensations.

FINCA also offers sweet potato fries and sugary Bunuelos - a doughnut - like dessert.

The Brewdog takeover will take place at the Peter Street venue from 2pm until 10pm on Thursday, January 26.

Chef and co-founder of FINCA Daniel Heffy told Manchester Evening News: “We’re planning a very unique menu for the night, which will include beer being used in the cooking process and also as an ingredient in some of the dishes.”

Enquiries to manchesterbar@brewdog.com or on 0161 832 1922 - but booking is not needed.
