Cheeseburger Spring Rolls Manchester

"Cheeseburger Spring Rolls?!" we hear you saying.

Sure, it may seem like a strange mix of cuisines, but Manchester based restaurant SoLita says they're one of the most popular items on the menu.

So what exactly is a Cheeseburger Spring Roll?

Heaps of burger steak is wrapped in that yellow plastic cheese from America, and then wrapped again in pastry (yum) and deep fried.

SoLita (South of Little Italy) has restaurants in the Northern Quarter, Didsbury and Prestwich, selling burgers such as the Manc-Hattan and The Big Manc.

But for a measly £6.75, you can get your hands on their famous Cheeseburger Spring Rolls.

Sold? Get yourself down there.
