A pink gin bottomless brunch is heading to Manchester this weekend – and you do not want to miss out.
To celebrate May Bank Holiday weekend, Manchester’s The Bay Horse Tavern has created a super special Bottomless Gin Brunch in collaboration with Pinkster Gin.
On Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May, guests will have the opportunity to try some exclusive cocktails featuring Pinkster Gin, as well as delicious food influenced by the brand.
Priced at £30 per person, the bottomless brunch will feature traditional brunch items with a twist and bottomless drinks, including gin cocktails courtesy of Pinkster Gin.
Pinkster Gin uses real raspberries to create its unique flavour, which go into a natural by-product, gin jam, which will feature in both the Gin ’n’ Jam cocktail and the pancake stack, available for this weekend only.

Short Work – Pinkster Gin, Aperol, lemon, sugar and vegan foamer.
Fruit Bowl Fizz – a great alternative for fans of the Bloody Mary.
The Pinklet – a take on the traditional Gimlet.
Gin ’n’ Jam – Pinkster Gin, raspberry & gin jam, fresh lemon juice.
Bottomless prosecco, Bloody Mary’s, Irish coffee, mimosas and house wine and beer are also still available throughout the brunch.
