After trying out over 250 different chicken wing recipes, the guys behind Northern Quarter establishment Yard and Coop claim to have come up with the (secret) perfect buttermilk recipe for their chicken. Wings are just one kinda chicken they specialise in, offering Smokin' Aces, Bourbon BBQ, The Bee's Knees, Buffalo and Korean- style.
