This is quite possibly the best news we've ever heard...

US Tex-Mex chain Taco Bell has announced it's opening its first restaurant in Manchester this month, following the success of its kiosk in the Manchester Arndale food court.

Already one of the biggest brands in the US, Taco Bell will take over the former Pita Pit store on Deansgate, serving everything from tacos, burritos and quesadillas, as well as their mighty 'Doritos burrito'.

The launch in our city comes after new openings in Liverpool and Leeds, in the brand's recent decision to expand into the UK market.

AND the new restaurant will be open until 4am EVERY goddamn night...

Think of the post-nights out feast!

The new Taco Bell will occupy the former Pita Pit restaurant on Deansgate

Taco Bell UK & Europe spokeswoman Ellen Gault told The Business Desk: “We’ve seen so much love for Taco Bell throughout the UK, especially in the north.

"We are excited to announce even later opening hours until 4am every day - and to welcome more people in Manchester through our doors to experience our delicious Mexican-inspired food.”

The new Manchester store is due to open on Friday 29th June.

See y'all there!
