An exciting new restaurant concept is opening on First Street this May 2019 and avid carnivores are going to be psyched for it.
A halal Steakhouse under the name of ‘Ribeye’ will use only the finest cuts of meat and the freshest local ingredients. Due to open in May 2019 it is set to be a meat lovers haven!
Part of the ever-expanding development on First Street, Ribeye Steakhouse will bring a diverse, authentic grill style restaurant into the mix.
The interior build of this huge new development is underway and the 140 cover restaurant is due to open at the end of May. The restaurant will feature a beautiful spacious, bright restaurant complete with an open kitchen and a mezzanine with an outdoor area which will seat up to 40 people and will be the perfect sun trap in the glorious Manchester Summer we are hoping for this year.
The eclectic menu will include beefy treats from the finest Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus steaks and burgers, a selection of seafood, chicken and lamb dishes.
There will also be delicious vegetarian and vegan offerings as well as plenty of choice for those with specific dietary requirements.
“We’re currently working on some exciting dishes,” says owner Sohail Kaushal, who says that a dedicated Patisserie Chef will also be on hand creating tempting desserts, and a selection of refreshing mocktails at the first dry bar in Manchester.
On the topic of First Street, Sohail Kaushal says “We were attracted to First Street as it’s a very upand-coming area of Manchester and we jumped at the chance at being able to be a part of it. We were born and bred in Manchester and see Manchester as one of the most diverse cities in the world. We want people from all backgrounds to come to the restaurant and enjoy their experience.”
