The highly-anticipated launch of The Ivy Spinningfields is coming this month, bringing a new dining experience set across four floors.
The venue will feature a brasserie on the ground floor, a private dining room on the first floor, an Asian bar and restaurant on the second, and a Roof Garden with fire pits at the top.
The brasserie, open seven days a week, will serve modern British classics and a variety of dishes, including truffled orzo pasta, lobster linguine and slow-cooked lamb shoulder.
The private Dalton Room, complete with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, will accommodate parties of up to twenty seated guests, available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as standing receptions.
“The Ivy Asian” will be a bar and restaurant serving Asian-inspired cocktails and dishes such as Wagyu beef with truffle sauce, salmon fillet teriyaki, and avocado, crispy tofu, lime and ginger dressing.
Manchester’s first Roof Garden will occupy the top floor, with a retractable roof, plenty of greenery and fire pits, and will be open all year round.
