A Manchester Restaurant's Launched A Full-On Christmas Dinner Pizza And Cocktail
Pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, and for dessert... a load of Nutella
Festive pizza may just be the best thing invented since sliced bread.
And now a Manchester restaurant has taken it to a whole other level.
Northern Quarter's PLY has officially announced its Christmas menu, featuring festive twists on its wood fired pizzas and deliciously inventive cocktails.
INCLUDING this festive treat - a Christmas dinner pizza.
Ply's 'The Fairytale of Napoli' pizza is made with mozzarella, Italian pigs in blankets, mini roast potatoes, with (optional) shaved sprouts, all on a tomato base.
Their newly revealed Christmas menu is £25 per head, with two courses and two drinks included in the price - featuring their inspired The Fairytale of Napoli.
For starter, options include the Burrata, served with olive oil, rocket, and lemon dressing, the Beetroot Carpaccio, with goats' cheese and maple walnuts, or the fresh Tomato Salad, with heirloom tomato, basil, croutons, and optional bufala mozzarella.
As well as the The Fairytale of Napoli, all of the pizzas from the standard and vegan menus are also available for mains.

Would Christmas dinner be complete without dessert?
Options include the baked vanilla and strawberry cheesecake, the Pizza Dolce, topped with fresh fruit, Nutella and mascarpone, or Tiramisu. There's also a vegan chocolate, coconut and raspberry cake in the offering.
The PLY team has also created a special Christmas cocktail. The Dolce Vita Cocktail is made up of pannetone infused rum, spiced syrup, orange and egg. The perfect festive warmer!
House wines and selected lagers and beers are also available.
If you decide to book your Christmas party with PLY, you'll be in line to receive a very special present from the management in the New Year; details are available via firstname.lastname@example.org upon request.
A £10 per head deposit applies and a £1 supplement per Dolce Vita Cocktail.
