This Might Just Be The Best Cheese Platter In The North-West

These guys have nailed it...

Cheese 1

Fellow cheese lovers, you can thank me later...

Gone are the days where of just cheese and crackers - in this weather you want something warm, gooey and ultimately cheesy AF.

And my god have the guys at Brewski ticked all those boxes.

Cheese 2

This doesn't come cheap at £40 but we can tell you, for two of you it is a meal and a half. AND it comes with matching wines for both of you.

What's so good about it then?

Well… first of all the DEEP FRIED BABYBEL. Yes, a nod to our childhood these little round bundles of cheese have been taken to the next level and they are brie-lliant... (had to be done)

Cheese 1

But that is just the tip of the iceberg, with another FIVE types of cheeses on offer.

Halloumi fries, camembert, grilled cheese toasties and goats cheese mousse are all so moreish that you will wish you hadn’t brought your mate to share.

But the winner for me was the Nduja smothered burrata. Perfect for that ultimate cheese pull insta shot and so delicious with the spicy sausage complimenting the burrata. I was in cheese heaven.

Between the toasted brioche and some token fruit and celery, you have all the dipping tools you'll ever need.

If sweet dreams are made of cheese, then we're all dreaming of this place tonight.

Available Monday-Saturday 6pm-9pm - you need to pre-book to secure these bad boys.
