Neighbourhood favourite Hispi are to host a spectacular wine dinner on Wednesday 19th September in conjunction with much-talked about wine producers Kaiken and Montes.
Guests can look forward to a 5 course menu paired by Gustavo’s specially selected wines to complement each dish.
Featuring baked cod starter with little gem, granny smith apple and salsa macha, followed by a rump cap of beef with barlotti beans, carrots and parsley.
And for those with a bit of a sweet tooth – you can look forward to a sumptuous pre-dessert of baked cheese, pear and mint granita before tucking into a raspberry tart with dark chocolate and olive oil (sounds like a strange combination but we are assured that it is delicious.)

The Kaiken and Montes Dinner will be taking place on Wednesday 19th September at 7pm and features five courses with paired wines for £60 per person.
