'Black Friday' has been the biggest shopping day in the United States since 1932 and in recent years the phenomenon has spread to the UK. 

November 25th is the big day and we've compiled a list of the best places in Manchester to get your hands on a bargain. 

1. John Lewis 

THe department store which is now just as synoonous with its Christmas advertising as it is with its actual products, they haven't forgotten how to offer a good deal. 

With great offers in home, electricals and technology, including appliances, computers and TVs, the Trafford Centre branch is set to launch Black Friday around midnight 

2. Boots 

The retailer have pulled out all the stops by revealing that they will be offering shoppers a free Soap & Glory phone charger and mirror handy handbag kit with every purchase of two or more full sized Soap & Glory products in the run up to Black Friday.

We all know how much kids love games consoles aswell as how bloody expensive they are. GAME had great deals on the X Box last year and are set to open at midnight on the Thursday leaisdng into Black Friday once more.
