A Festive Drive-In Cinema Is Coming To Stockport

Santa Clause, Home Alone and The Muppet's Christmas Carol...

Muppets Labelled For Reuse

A series of family film favourites will be shown at a unique drive-in cinema experience arriving to Stockport this month...

Grab your woolies and make yourself comfortable in Hazel Grove's covered seating area, because Stagecoach is bringing its Christmas movie event to the site for the second year on the trot, showing festive classics including: Tim Allen's The Santa Clause, Home Alone and The Muppet's Christmas Carol.

The not-for-profit event is being held in aid of Prevent Breast Cancer, with at least 50% of proceeds going to to the charity. Families will be able to park up to watch one of the magical Christmas classics - festive food and drinks will of course be available on the day.

On Sunday November 27th the cinema will open at 10am with a screening of The Santa Clause, followed by two showings of Home Alone (at 12pm and 4.40pm) and The Muppet Christmas Carol at 2.40pm and 7.15pm.

It'll cost you £10 per car or £2 per person to sit outside (seats are limited so best be speedy if you're keen...)

Audiences are asked to arrive no earlier than half an hour before the film starts and to use the Macclesfield/Melford Road entrance of Hazel Grove's Park and Ride site.
