The 1980’s gave us some cracking movies that will live on for an eternity.
I’m talking Back to the Future… The Breakfast Club… Ferris Bueller’s Day Off… and of course, Dirty Dancing.
The musical film from 1987 is returning to a Manchester cinema for one night only, so gather your best pals and relive the magic on the big screen.
The screening is hosted by Manchester Classic Films at the ODEON Great Northern on Friday 16th August and each ticket sold will raise £2 for charity, split between Mind and Joshua Orphan and Community Care in Malawi.
The film stars Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey as Johnny and Baby, and features soundtrack classics including (I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life and Hungry Eyes.
Tickets for this special charity screening cost £8 and you can buy some here.
