Rum lovers are in for an absolute treat next year as Manchester Rum Festival announces it’s return for 2019.
Following two sellout events in 2017 and 2018, they’re upping their game next time round – with a bigger venue featuring more stalls, more cocktail makers, and most importantly more rum.
The event is moving to Brickworks, which is a new events space situated within Barton Arcade, Deansgate.
Revolucion de Cuba are set to return as the Festival’s bar supporter. They’ll be offering a wide range of rum-based cocktails through their Cuban bar experience.
Manchester’s best new steakhouse Alston Bar & Beef will also be returning as one of the food vendors.
The festival was created by Dave Marsland of Drinks Enthusiast back in 2017 to highlight that Manchester and the North of England are playing a big part in the rising popularity of rum across the UK.
In spite of the event’s increase in size, prices remain the same at £20 for an afternoon or evening session.
