I’m sure we’ve all seen the second Mamma Mia! film at least twice by now (I’ve seen it three times at the cinema, no judgement please) because let’s face it, it’s the feel good movie of the year.
Not only does it bring the feel good factor (and the tears), it has an incredible soundtrack for us all to dance and sing along to.
So when I heard there was an ABBA and Cher themed club night coming to Manchester, I couldn’t contain my excitement.
Two classic soundtracks in one
There’s nothing that makes us wanna move more than Abba (or Cher).
‘Gypsies, Tramps & Swedes’ is a themed club night coming to Manchester’s Ruby Lounge on 20 October, featuring the biggest and best hits from both Cher and ABBA, including songs from Cher’s new ABBA album.
According to organisers, there will also be crackers from Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, Tina Turner, Meat Loaf, RuPaul and more.
There will also be FREE ABBA and Cher face masks available for those who turn up first and prizes for the best Cher look-alike.
You can buy tickets and find out more information here.
