On Friday 7 December Bruce Willis’ Die Hard will feature all the drama unfolding on Christmas Eve, when what starts as a Christmas party ends up as an adrenalin charged hostage situation.
Saturday 8 December brings with it a bundle of Christmas cheer with the beloved Dickensian The Muppet Christmas Carol – the classic tale of Scrooge and Tiny Tim, with Kermit, Miss Piggy and Gonzo taking centre stage, and you guessed it – 1990’s hit Home Alone.
A pair of winter warmers then arrive on Sunday 9 December with Elf and our personal favourite – Love Actually. Richard Curtis hit movie follows the lives of eight very different couples dealing with their love lives in the build up to Christmas.
With a brilliant ensemble cast including, Hugh Grant, Keira Knightley and Colin Firth, and a sound track to match this is the ultimate festive romantic comedy, paired of course with resident venue DJ, twinkling lights and some of the North’s finest street food vendors.
