Manchester’s newest dining concept, Six By Nico, has just announced its new menu, following the wild success of its first, The Chippie.

The new menu for Six By Nico’s Manchester restaurant will be ‘Mexico’, changing from The Chippie on Tuesday 20th August.

Chef Nico Simeone’s six-course tasting menu will combine elements of both contemporary Mexican street food and ancient culinary classics, featuring pork belly, burrata, avocado and more.
